About the Founder

As a kid, I wanted to be a famous inventor.

After serving in the Army and exiting in 1996, I came to a hard truth: you can create the greatest invention in the world, but if you don’t know how to sell it, no one will ever hear about it.

So I got to work. My journey started in sales with ADT Corporate in Nashville, where I quickly rose to become one of the top salespeople in the region. That experience gave me the confidence to strike out on my own, launching a credit card processing business that evolved into an ATM sales company.

Along the way, I learned that sales and marketing are two very different beasts. That lesson landed me at the Yellow Pages, where I quickly hit 400% of quota by simply doing a few smart things consistently. It was the first time I truly understood how powerful good marketing could be.

From there, I bounced between industries: a short stint in insurance, a return to ATM sales for banks and credit unions, and eventually, designing equipment for drive-up ATMs. That led to my next venture — Quantum Kiosks, a fabrication company in Nashville, where we built ATM enclosures and powder-coated parts for both businesses and homeowners.

In 2017, I exited that company and, for the first time in years, took a breath. But it wasn’t long before I picked up my tools again and started a home improvement business, becoming the go-to handyman in my area for everything from simple electrical work to full remodels.

All of those experiences — every sales meeting, design sketch, marketing lesson, and remodel — came together to form what is now Task Mammoth.

This software wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built in the field — forged through decades of real work. It’s rooted in lessons from top salesmen of the ’70s and ’80s, but just as much in the grit of the service world: designing and fabricating ATM enclosures, troubleshooting installs, running a shop, and showing up every day as a local handyman. Task Mammoth was shaped by jobs where your phone is in one hand and a tool in the other. It’s built for people who don’t have time for bloated software — they just need to know what needs to get done and who’s doing it.

Thank you for your confidence in Task Mammoth. My promise to you is simple:
We’ll always give you the best product we can, at the fairest price possible.
We’ll never stop improving.
And we’ll keep making your job easier — one task at a time.
